Our Sovrano is an absolutely unique cured ham. A cold cut cured 48 months is a genuine rarity. The natural, top-quality raw material, our skillful processing and the action of time combined together make this ham not a product like all the others, but the manifesto of our work

We select adult, heavy pigs, and we follow nature from the beginning to the end, from the feeding of the pigs to the herbs that season their meat, from the season of its growth to the time of its curing. The result is a ham with a taste that’s as intense and deep as nothing else, a true taste experience for those who really know taste.

Our cured ham is:

  • Tasty and healthy. Our meat has an incomparable taste because our pigs feed on nature
  • Ethical and sustainable. Our animals are free to move in their natural habitat; we only slaughter pigs that are at least 14-month-old and we use all of their meat 
  • A rare gift. Ham is just one of the pork cuts. When we slaughter a pig, we use all its meat: that’s why you can buy our ham only in combination with other cuts
  • Artisanal, as it used to be. Every ham is hand-worked, with herbs from our land and lard from our pigs. Every ham is labor, time, care, tradition and excellence
